62) Re-assemble transfer case in reverse order of disassembly.
63) Fill transfer case with oil after installation.
Part Nine: Windshield Washer Bottle Relocation and Modifications-
64) Disconnect rubber line and electrical connections and remove windshield washer bottle from factory
location. Drain any fluid into a suitable container for re-use.
65) Remove the plastic radiator core cover and vehicle grille.
66) Measure down from the bottle fill cap and make two marks: one @ 2-1/4" and one @ 4-1/2". Cut the
fill neck at both marks and discard the center cut section. Apply some silicone to the cap section and
insert it into the bottle approximately 1" with the curve in the neck facing forward. Secure sections with
1/8" self tapping screws and apply additional silicone on outer edge and allow to dry (photo 46).
