6. Select OK to complete registration.
The handset will be automatically assigned the next
available handset number, which is shown in the display.
Select a base
If your BT Freestyle 6100 handset is registered to more
than one base, you can select which base to use.
1. Select Menu , scroll to Registration and select OK .
2. Scroll or to Select Base and select OK . The base
that your handset is currently connected to is displayed.
3. Scroll or through all the bases that the handset
is registered to marked with a # symbol. Once you have
chosen a base, select OK .
4. The displays shows Registered to Base X (where X is
the base number the handset is registered to).
De-register a handset
1. Select Menu , scroll to Registration and select OK .
2. Scroll to De-register and select OK .
3. Enter your system PIN (default: 0 0 0 0 ), then select OK .
4. Scroll or to choose a handset to de-register.
Select OK . The display shows Handset X de-registered .
Additional handsets & bases
You cannot de-register the handset
you are using. To de-register this
handset, another registered
handset must be used.
As you cannot de-register the
handset you are using it will not
include its own number when in
de-registration mode.
