Handset settings
The default ringer volume is 5.
At each volume setting, a one
second ringtone sample is played,
to demonstrate the volume level.
The default ringer melody is
Melody 5.
Handset ringer volume
The handset has 5 ringer volume settings from 1 (low) to
5 (high) and Off.
1. Select Menu , Set Handset is displayed. Press OK .
2. The displays shows Ring Volume . Select OK .
3. The current setting is displayed. Use and to change
the level, then select OK . The display shows Saved .
4. Press to exit.
Handset ringer melody
The handset has 10 ringer melodies to choose from;
5 normal (settings 1–5) and 5 polytones (settings 6–10).
You also can set a different melody for internal and
external calls.
1. Select Menu , the display shows Set Handset . Select OK .
2. Scroll to Ring Melody and select OK .
3. Use or to choose Internal or External , then
select OK . The current melody is displayed.
4. Scroll or to hear the choice of melodies available.
When you have chosen one, select OK . The display
shows Saved .
5. Press to exit.
A sample of each melody is played.
