Checking the serial number

You can see the machine’s serial number on
the LCD.

Press Menu.

Press a or b to choose
Machine Info.
Press OK.

Press a or b to choose Serial No.
Press OK.

Press Stop/Exit.
Reset function

The following reset function are available:
1 All Settings
You can reset all the machine settings
back to the settings that were set at the
factory.
Brother strongly recommends you use this
operation when you dispose of the
machine.
How to reset the machine

Initial Setup.
Press OK.

Press a or b to choose Reset.
Press OK.
d
Press OK to reset All Settings.
Press + to confirm.
e
Press + to reboot the machine.
