and wait for the fax to be polled.
Before pressing

Q.Scan
so that you can store your Poll Waiting
document in the memory. If you use
Q.Scan
to place the Poll Waiting documents
into the memory, they will not be erased automatically after they are polled. To
erase them you must use the Cancel Job function. (See page 45.)
