The STX L command switches the Printer from the system level to the label
formatting command. All command characters after STX L are interpreted as
Label Formatting Commands until terminated with E,X, or s. All label
formatting commands are terminated with 0D HEX.

Format
:
Set cut by amount (4 digits)
The cutter function will perform a cutting
action after the number of labels specified
:nnnn
nnnn = 4 digits of labels printed
before cut. Default = 0001

An n = 1 - XOR
2 - Transparent
3 - Opaque
5 - Inverse

Set column offset amount
