You can choose between
Answer and Record or
Answer Only.
However, you must have
recorded an
Answer Only
message in order to select
Answer Only mode, see page 58.

If you have not recorded an

To set times to switch
between Answer and Record
or Answer Only
You can specify times for your
answering machine to switch
automatically from Answer and
Record to Answer Only (or
vice versa). For example, so
Answer and Record is set from
8am to 5pm.
You must have recorded an
Answer Only message, see
