The display shows Recording
saved , you hear a confirmation
tone and your message is
played back to you.
Press and hold the RED
PHONE to return to the idle
screen.

To cancel recording at any time,
press the
RED PHONE button or
press RETURN.
If you cancel while recording:
In Answer and Record mode – the
display will show
Announcement
deleted! And the pre-recorded
announcement message will be used
again.
In Answer Only mode – the display
will show Announce only not available!
To hear your outgoing message
Press the RIGHT button.
Press DOWN to scroll to
Voice Mail .
Press OK.
Press DOWN to scroll to
Announcements .
Press OK.
Press DOWN to scroll to Play
Announcement to play your
Answer and Record message.
Or
Press DOWN again to scroll
to Play Announce Only to play
your Answer Only message.
Press OK. You hear your
outgoing message via the
loudspeaker.
Press and hold the RED
PHONE to return to the idle
screen.

to re-record it.
