To assign a speed dialing number to an existing phone
number:
1. Select Menu > Contacts > Speed dialing.
2. Scroll to an (empty) speed dialing location and
press Assign.
3. Enter the existing number and press OK, or press Search
to locate a number in Contacts.
Finding Contact Entries
There are several ways to find your contact entries: by name,
by speed dialing number, by group, and by voice dial tags.
Follow the steps outlined in the sections below to display
entries from the Contacts menu.
Finding Names
To find contact entries by name:
1. Press Menu > Contacts > Names.
2. Scroll through all the entries using the navigation key.

Select Options > Search. Enter the first one or two letters
of a name, or part of a name. (The more letters you
enter, the more your search narrows.)
Note: If you attempt to assign an already in-use speed dialing
location to a new phone number, a dialog will appear
asking if you wish to replace the existing speed dialing
assignment. Select
Yes to assign the location to the
new phone number and delete the previous speed
dialing assignment.
