The Grand Tour
Optical Media drive
The computer is fitted with either a CD-RW/DVD-ROM combo drive or a
DVD Super Multi drive, both of which use an ATAPI interface controller.
When the computer is accessing a CD/DVD, an LED indicator on the drive
itself glows.
Region codes for DVD drives and media
Both the CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive and the DVD Super Multi drive, together
with the recorded media they use, are manufactured according to the
specifications of six marketing regions. When you purchase a DVD video
disc you should make sure it matches your drive otherwise it will not play.
