Add a Device to a Function Access Restriction File

From the Edit function access restriction file screen, click Add .
The Edit device of function access restriction file screen is dis-
played.
– Model name: Select the model name of the device to register.
– Device address: Input the IP address or DNS name of the device to
register.
– Group name: Select or input the group name to register.
– Registering name: Input the registering name into the function ac-
cess restriction file.
– Administrator password: Input the device administrator password
for the device to register.
– Administrator password (Confirmation): Retype the administrator
password for confirmation.
– Test Connection: Connect to the device and check that the admin-
istrator password is correct.
– Detail: Click this to configure items relating to bizhub OpenAPI. Re-
fer to “bizhub OpenAPI Settings” on page 3-14 for details.
– Administrator settings: Select this to allow access to administrator
settings.
– Authentication: Select this to allow access to authentication set-
tings.
– Address settings: Select this to allow access to address settings.
