This accesses the PageScope Net Care server and displays the
PageScope Net Care login screen.
Important!
If Windows Firewall is set to On (recommended) in Windows XP
Service Pack 2 or Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1, the login
screen will not appear.
To display the login screen, perform any of the following opera-
tions.
• Click
Start
→
Control Panel , and then double-click Windows
Firewall . Windows Firewall opens.
Click the Add Program button on the Exceptions tab, select
JavaService.exe in the Add a Program dialog box, and then
click the OK button.
Check that JavaService.exe appears in the Programs and
Services list of Windows Firewall , and then click the OK
button.
• Select Off (not recommended) on the General tab of Windows
Firewall , and then click the OK button.
