7. SCSI ID switch:
Set the SCSI ID value of the Scanner. Set the range from 0
to 6 by the switch. (Default setting value is 3.)
8. Option switch connector:
Connect the foot switch/the manual switch (option). Use
the left terminal (viewed from the rear) to read the right
page when the option switch is pressed, and the right
terminal for the left page. Either terminal can be used when
reading two spread pages.
9. Power cord socket:
Plug the power cord into this socket.
10. Power cord:
Connects the Scanner to the power outlet.
11. Foot switch/Manual switch
(option):
Press this switch instead of the “SCAN” button on the
“Image Acquisition PS5000C” screen to start scanning.
12. Stopper:
Used as the reference position for the original. When
placing the original, align its top edge with this position.
13. Center mark:
Adjust the center of the original (book) to this mark.
14. Cut sheet mark:
Adjust the corner of the original (sheet) to this mark.
15. LED lamp:
Displays the operation condition of the Scanner.
