INSTALLATION PROCEDURES: 1-HEAD REMODEL UNIT
1. Ensure ceiling material is strong enough to support fixture.
2. Locate the Hex Key and remove four (4) hex screws located inside
housing (Fig. 1).
3. Remove housing from mounting frame.
4. Disengage fixture head by removing screw inside top of housing. Pull
down head and driver. This will allow access to the junction box.
5. Remove junction box nuts (2) inside housing and remove junction box
from housing.
6. Insert housing through ceiling cutout and set aside.
7. Make electrical connections per wiring instructions (Fig. 3) and reinstall
junction box to housing.
8. Reinstall fixture head to housing.
9. Insert mounting frame through ceiling opening and set in place.
10. Place housing into mounting frame and reinstall hex screws.
11. Refer to trim installation section.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURES:
2, 3, 4, AND 2X2 REMODEL UNITS
1. Ensure ceiling material is strong enough to support fixture.
2. Locate the Hex Key and remove four (4) hex screws located inside
housing (Fig. 1).
3. Remove housing from mounting frame.
4. Insert housing through ceiling cutout and set aside.
5. Make electrical connections per wiring instructions (Fig. 3).
6. Place mounting frame through ceiling cutout and set in place.
7. Insert housing into mounting frame and replace hex screws to secure
housing to frame.
8. Refer to trim installation section.
LED DRIVER REPLACEMENT
NOTE: LED Driver should be replaced by a qualified electrician. Turn off
power at fuse or circuit breaker box before replacing the LED Driver.
1. Remove fixture head by removing screw inside top of housing. Pull
down head and driver and disconnect wiring (note wiring configuration
to aid installation of new driver).
2. Replace driver being careful to wire new driver in same fashion as old
driver.
3. Reinstall fixture head.
