6.3.2 Software Installation
The following example is for Windows XP - there are some differences in termi-
nology and user interface on Windows 2000/Vista, but the basic steps are the
same. You can select to first connect the monitor to the PC, or to first install the
software and then connect the monitor.
Installation of Connected Hardware
With this method, the monitor is connected prior to installing the drivers.
1. Insert the software installation CD, or if your software was downloaded,
unzip it to a convenient folder.
2. Connect the monitor to the PC via USB. When the Found New Hardware
Wizard starts, follow its instructions:
