display is in place and no obvious
wires are disconnected or shorted.

connect to Logic PCB
Check 15 Way Ribbon
Cable between
Logic and Relay PCB.

at Aux Transformer.
Check Power supply to Relay PCB
Check Fuse on Relay PCB
