Performing common tasks
To open applications in the “Memory Stick” media
To open an application in the “Memory Stick” media from the Application
Launcher screen, tap the arrow V in the upper-right corner of the
Application Launcher screen and select Card (or a category with the Card
icon). Then, tap the icon of the application you want to open.
The Card
icon is displayed only when a “Memory Stick ” media is
inserted in the CLIE handheld.
Note
There are some restrictions when opening an application copied (not installed using
MS Gate)onto the CLIE handheld from the “Memory Stick ” media. For details, see page
165.
Categorizing applications
The category feature enables you to manage the number of application icons
that appear in the Application Launcher screen. You can assign an application
to a category and then display a single category or all your applications.
To categorize an application

Tap the Home icon.

Tap the Menu icon.

Tap Category from the App menu.
The Category screen appears.
