When a user dials a number and the far-end is ringing, and then the user hangs up
while the far-end is still ringing, the phone now correctly sends an ACK in response
to a 487 message, which cancels the call and stops the ringing at the far end.

The phones now correctly quotes # and * characters in the Caller ID portion of the To
and From SIP headers.

Contact header is now correctly formed in 200 OK responses to NOTIFY messages
for MWI events.
