About HDMI Settings / HDMI Setup (MONITOR
Function)
This topic explains the settings for the “Control for HDMI” function.
This setting allows you to use the following functions/features.
Link operations of your VAIO computer and connected equipment.
Turn on the computer when you turn on or perform playback, etc., on connected
equipment.
Turn off the connected equipment when you turn off the computer.
Display a list of connected equipment compatible with “Control for HDMI.”
Operate connected equipment by the computer’s remote control.
