PROGRAMMING THE CONTROL
“BsktLift”
The Basket Lift program provides the operator with the ability to enable or disable the
automatic basket lift function. In the “ON” position, the baskets will lift automatically as
programmed in the selected product procedure. In the “OFF” position, both baskets will
remain in the raised position until manually dropped by the operator. This function is set
in the “ON” position as received from the factory. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
THAT THE “BSKTLIFT” REMAIN AT THIS SETTING.
If it is ever necessary to
transition from the disabled “OFF” position to the enabled “ON” position, the control
display will indicate “POWERDOWN” requiring the operator to perform a control
shutdown in order to synchronize the baskets with the revised state of the control.
Turn the Master Power Switch (located behind the front access door) to the “OFF” position.
Press the Up
or Down
arrow keys to scroll until “BsktLift” appears in the display. Press the
Right

arrow key to enter the program. Display stops flashing. The previous setting
will appear in the display. Press the Up
or Down
arrow keys to change the setting.
When the correct setting appears, press the Right

arrow key to confirm. Display flashes.
Press the Down
arrow key to advance the control to the next
setting option.
“LiftSync”

The “LiftSync” program provides the ability
to raise both basket lifts simultaneously by selecting the “ON” position. The factory
preset is in the “OFF” position for independent operation.
Press the Up
or Down
arrow keys to scroll until “LiftSync” appears in the display. Press the
Right

arrow key to enter the program. Display stops flashing. Press the Up
and
Down
arrow keys to toggle between “ON” and “OFF.” When the selection has been
made, press the Right

arrow key to to confirm the selection. Display flashes. Press the
Down
arrow key to advance the control to the next programming function.
“Temp F/C”
The temperature display can be shown in degrees Fahrenheit or Celsius.
Press the Up
or Down
arrow keys to scroll until “Temp F/C” appears in the display. Press the
Right

arrow key to enter the program. Display stops flashing. The current setting will
appear in the display. Press the Up
or Down
arrow keys to toggle between “F” and
“C
.” Press the Right

arrow key to accept the desired selection. Display flashes. Press
the Down
arrow key to advance the control to the next programming function.
