CONTROL PROGRAMMING OVERVIEW
Initial access to the programming mode must start with the control in the OFF
position.
Entering the “PROGRAM” mode provides the operator with the ability to modify all control
functions and provides access to the boil-out “BOIL” feature.
The fryer programming capability offers the following functions and features. Some of these operating parameters have
been preset at the factory and are described in the control programming section:
Press and hold the “PROGRAM” key
for a period of 5 to 10 seconds.
“Boil”
“Set-Point”
“Product”
“Basket Lift”
“LiftSync”
“Temp F-C”
“Language”
“TempDisp”
“AlarmSet”
“IdleMode”
“Filter”
“Filter Cnt”
“Max Time”
“Hi Temp”
