9. Connecting the satellite receiver
The following illustrations show cable connections for a television and other devices connected
to the receiver. If you require any assistance in connecting individual devices, contact your local
technician. Before connecting or altering connections, disconnect the receiver from the mains !!!
9.1 Connecting the TT – Antenna connection
One antenna – Loop through
1. Connect the antenna to LNB A IN – Input. To ensure that both Tuners are working,
connect LNB A OUT – Output with a loop through cable with LNB B IN – Input.
2. When using a motorized or SCD Antenna connect to LNB A IN – Input.
Recording
When only one antenna is connected you can switch only channels of the same polarity as
the recorded channel.
One antenna – Twin LNB or independent multiswitch
Connect the antenna providing independent broadcast to LNB A IN – Input and LNB B IN -
Input.
Two separate antennas – Twin LNB or independent multiswitch
1. Connect the two antenna providing independent broadcast to LNB A IN – Input and LNB
B IN - Input .
2. Configure LNB A and LNB B independently .
