If the pressure on the pressure display and the manometer falls below 5.5 and the compressor
doesn’t go on, check to make sure that the start switch on the pressure switch is in the ON
position.

Troubleshooting
(F)
In case of air loss proceeds as follows: (Fig. F1)
a) Charge compressor to maximum pressure.
b) Pull plug from socket.
c) With a paint brush dipped into soap water, daub all screws. Any air loss is discovered when
bubbles form.
If - with the compressor switched off - air is lost at the pressure control valve, proceed as
follows:
a) Completely empty the compressed air tank.
b) Remove plug N (Fig. F1) from the ‘retainer’ valve.
c) Carefully clean valve base and seal, and reassemble.
Motor protection (Fig.F2)
The compressor is equipped with motor protection that automatically interrupts the current
supply in the event of an overload.
In this case, switch off the current supply and wait several minutes before you reset the motor
circuit breaker and restart the machine. If the circuit breaker trips again, disconnect the power
supply and contact an authorized customer service facility.
We recommend that you let off pressure from the boiler.
a) If possible, do not disassemble fittings while tank is under pressure. Always ensure
that it is discharged.
b) While the plug is in the socket, the cover of the pressure control may not be
removed.
