I D-Lighting: Enhancing Brightness and Contrast
D-Lighting can be used to create copies with enhanced brightness and contrast,
brightening dark portions of an image. Enhanced copies are saved as separate
files.

Display the desired image in full-frame
playback mode (A 30) or thumbnail
playback mode (A 31) and press the d
button.

Use the multi selector to select I D-Lighting
and press the k button.
• The original version is displayed on the left and the
edited version is displayed on the right.

Select OK and press the k button.
• A new, edited copy is created.
• To exit without saving the copy, select Cancel and
press the
k button.
• Copies created with the D-Lighting function are
indicated by the c icon displayed during playback.
