LEDs
The Power and port LEDs on the front panel of the AT-FS708/POE Fast
Ethernet switch switch display the switch and its port status information.
Table 2 describes the Power LED.
Each twisted-pair port has two LEDs, as described in Table 3.
Table 4 describes the SFP port LED.

Green
The switch is powered ON.
OFF
The switch has no power.

A valid link is established on the port.
Blinking Green
Frames are being transmitted/received on the port at
10 or 100 Mbps.
Off
No link is established on the port or the switch is
operating in the eco-friendly mode.
PoE
Green
A PoE powered device is connected and is being
powered by the port.
Blinking Green
PoE is off because an error occurred on the
powered device connected to the port.
OFF
The port is not connecting to a valid powered device
or the switch is operating in the eco-friendly mode.
