diagnosis function consists of the following options:

by checking its network connection status.

option must be set. Select the country in which the TV is
currently being used.

Auto Diagnosis
process completes, it automatically sends a report to the Samsung
Electronic Service Center via the Internet. If a problem is identified, the Service Center will contact you
to make servicing arrangements.
