• Delete: this option allows you to delete the Selected event, Periods, This Month,
or All events from the calendar.
• Settings: allows you to set the Starting Day and Default View by Month, Week
or Day.
Viewing an Event
1. In Idle mode, press the Menu soft key to access menu mode.
2. Select Tools and press the Select soft key or the key.
3. Highlight Calendar and press the Select soft key or the key.
The calendar displays with today date highlighted.
4. Select the date of the event (s) you want to view and press the key or
use the Navigation keys to move to the date with an assigned event.
Note: The icon categories displayed at the bottom display any events scheduled for the day you selected.
5. Press the Up or Down Navigation key to scroll to the previous or next
event.
6. When you have finished, press the key.
Calculator
With this feature, you can use the phone as a calculator. The calculator provides the
basic arithmetic functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and
provides a number of higher-level mathematical functions (logarithmic, factorial, and
trigonometric functions).
1. Highlight Calculator and press the Select soft key or the key.
2. Enter the first number using the numeric keys.
Note: To include a decimal point, press the key. To include a parenthesis, press the key. For
higher math functions, press the Options soft key and select the function you want.
3. Enter the operation for your calculation by pressing the Navigation keys,
according to the illustration on the display.
4. Enter the second number.
5. To view the result, press the key.
