Connection to the power supply line
The installation electric plant must be equipped by a non polarized main switch with a distance of at least 3mm in each
pole; this switch must be in an easily accessible place.
The connection to the line must be performed using the relevant terminals of J1 (LINE, NEUTRAL,
)
WARNING! During the line connection be sure that the earth conductor is 2-3mm longer than the others.
During the wiring the 230V~ conductors must be physically far from the very low voltage conductors in order to avoid
that the disconnection of a 230V~ conductor causes a reduction, under the stated values, of the superficial and in air
distances.
Configuration of the receiver
The receiver configuration phase allows to optimize its functioning according to the particular requirements of
the plant. The unit must be configured exclusively during the installation phase and by an installer.
We recommend proceeding with the configuration of the parameters in a systematic way in order to avoid installation
troubles.
The parameters set during the configuration phase are the following:
• Identification number of the receiver
• Receiving
mode
• Insertion of load in RS485 line
• Type of lenses used
• Communication
speed
• AUX1 / AUX2 auxiliary devices
• Connection with the control unit
• Control voltage of lenses
• Connection of the cables of the Pan & Tilt and the lenses
