How to Set a Medium / a Device

7 Disc media

If a disc is already inserted, it is ejected by
pressing the [

0] button.

7 iPod

KCA-iP240V
(Optional accessory)

Ferritic core
(Accessory of this unit)

KCA-iP240V (optional accessory) is required
to connect an iPod. When connecting, make
sure to attach the ferritic core supplied with
this unit to prevent electromagnetic noise
(page 11).

To disconnect the iPod, stop the playback
by touching the [

38] button on the source

control screen, and then disconnect the iPod.
See (page 30).

7 USB device

CA-U1EX
(Optional accessory)

CA-U1EX (optional accessory) is required to
connect a USB device.

To disconnect the USB device, touch the [

button on the source control screen, and
then disconnect the USB device. See Control Screen> (page 23).

• The playback starts automatically after setting the media

or the device.

7 microSD card

This microSD card slot is used to upgrade the
Navigation System.
For how to upgrade the Navigation System,
refer to the instruction manual of the
navigation system.

Inserting the microSD card

Hold the microSD card with the label side
facing left and the notched section up, and
insert it into the slot until it clicks.

Removing the microSD card

Push the microSD card until it clicks and
then remove your finger from the card. The
card pops up so that you can pull it out
with your fingers.
