The RocketRAID 230x SATAII Host Adapter’s User’s Guide provides information

Introducing the RocketRAID 2300, 2302 and 2304 Host
Adapters
The HighPoint RocketRAID 2300, 2302 and 2304 host adapters are 4-channel PCI-Ex-
press x1 to SATA II RAID controllers. These RAID storage solutions are aimed at
enterprise storage applications, NAS storage, workgroup and web servers, video stream-
ing / video editing workstations, back up, and security systems.
