turned ON whenever the local alarm goes ON, and OFF when the local alarm goes OFF.
Selecting an action of OFF will invert the behavior, causing the targeted aux to go OFF
when the local alarm is triggered and ON when it is not.
Selecting “Indefinitely” for the duration will simply cause the N-664 to set the target aux
contact ON or OFF once and leave it so set.
Buttons are provided which force an ON or OFF message to be sent to the indicated
remote aux output immediately. These are used to test unit configuration and network
connectivity.
IP Message Actions
Address indicates the network IP address and port of the target device. This may be up
to 24 characters long and must consist of an IP address in dotted-quad format, followed
by a colon, followed by a port number in the range of 0 to 32767. The default setting of
“0.0.0.0
:23
” indicates no action to be taken.
Message – Alarm holds a text message of up to 80 characters. When the local alarm is
triggered this message will be sent to the entered IP address. A ‘test’ button is provided
so that the user may manually test the sending of this message.
Message – Clear holds a text message of up to 80 characters. When the local alarm is
cleared this message will be sent to the entered IP address. A ‘test’ button is provided
so that the user may manually test the sending of this message.
