4 Default User
Permission Select the default color print setting for users who are not in the User Permission
list.
5 User Permission list Assign color printing permissions to users in the list. To add users to the list;
1. Click Add.
2. Type the new system user name in the System User Name field.
3. Click Save.
To change permissions;
1. Select the system user name.
2. Click Edit.
3. Change the values of the System User Name or Permission fields.
To delete a user from the list;
1. Select the system user name to delete.
2. Click Delete.
NOTE: Avoid spaces in system user names.
6 Default Application
Permission Select the default color printing settings for applications that are not listed in the
Application Permission list.
7 Application
Permission list Assign color printing permissions to applications in the list. To add applications to
the list;
1. Click Add.
2. Type the new Technical Application Name in the Technical Application
Name field.
3. Click Save.
To change permissions;
1. Select the Technical Application Name.
2. Click Edit.
3. Change the values of the Technical Application Name or Permission fields.
To delete a Technical Application Name from the list;
1. Select the Technical Application Name to delete.
2. Click Delete.
