Estimate of the number of seconds of
I/O time (seeks plus data transfer) to
perform the I/O for this query. The
estimate occurs at the time the query
is prepared.

Estimate of the number of seconds
required for the messaging for this
query, including local and remote
messages, and the amount of data sent.
The estimate occurs at the time the
query is prepared.

Estimate of the number of seconds to
wait for an operation to complete, (e.g.,
opening a table or starting a process).

processor time it might take to execute
