Creating the mycss.css File
This file is the cascading style sheet which defines the style of the JSP pages.
To create the mycss.css file, complete the following steps:
1. On the Project Explorer frame, right-click EmpInfo and select New > File.
The New File dialog box appears.
2. In the File name, enter mycss.css and in the parent folder, select
EmpInfo/WebContent/pages.
