ResumeLocalAsyncMirrorTask

command

Syntax

ResumeLocalAsyncMirrorTask -Group AsyncMirrorGroupName, ~

-task AsyncMirrorTaskName_1, ~

[-task AsyncMirrorTaskName_2, . . . , ] ~

-timeout 900

Description

Resumes the tasks of a local asynchronous mirror group that were previously paused. Local means
the source virtual disk is in the local (current) SVSP domain.

NOTE:

If a failure occurs for any task on the list, the command stops executing and does not process the
remaining list.

When run under HP-UX, and the task has already been resumed, you will receive an error message
that you should ignore.

Synchronous mirror commands

AddSyncMirrorTaskToGroup

command

Syntax

AddSyncMirrorTaskToGroup -Group SyncMirrorGroupName, ~

-Domain DestinationVSMDomainName, ~

-VirtualDisk DestinationVirtualDisk, ~

-StoragePool DestPoolName,

[-WaitForSync 0|1 ,] -timeout 900

Description

Adds a synchronous mirror task to the synchronous mirror group.

By default, the CLI returns after the task status is normal, which means that the synchronized operation
was completed (WaitForSync=1). For the CLI to return immediately after task creation, the WaitForSync
argument should be reset (WaitForSync=0).

BreakSyncMirrorTask

command

Syntax

BreakSyncMirrorTask -Group SyncMirrorGroupName, ~

-Task Task_1_Name [, -Task Task_2_Name, . . . ]

Description

Breaks synchronous mirror tasks (that is, removes them from their synchronous mirror group).
