Media Labeling Tab
Follow these steps to label a tape cartridge:
1. Select a tape drive to label. All media that is compatible with the selected drive will
be displayed.
2. Select ON or OFF for Override. Selecting Override as ON will override any existing
label that the tape may have.
3. Under Label Type, select ANSI, BACKUP, or TMF.
4. Under Media Inventory, select all the tape cartridges that are desired to be labeled.
5. Click Start Labeling.
6. Enter your host configured password.
Note. ELMM will only display a drive that is connected to the same system as this
particular GUI session.
