Approved Leave View
This view lets you add, edit and delete your staff approved leave. This information lets you track the
frequency and reason of their leave easily. This information is also used when generating the various
reports.
This view is accessed via Approved Leave Tab.
Control Type Description
Add Text Button Click this to add a new approved leave.
Edit Text Button Click this to edit the selected approved leave.
Delete Text Button Click this to delete the selected approved leave.
Punch Stations View
This view shows you the status of all the punch station software that has been connected to this
server software. It also lets you configure these punch station remotely, contact the staff on a punch
stations and broadcast messages to punch stations.
The connection information (Server Name, IP and Port Number) required for punch station software
to connect to this server software is displayed here. Use this information when setting up the punch
station's connection settings.
This view is accessed via Punch Stations Tab.
Control Type Description
Configure Station Text Button Click this to configure the selected punch station.
Delete Station Text Button Click this to delete the selected punch station.
Contact Staff Text Button Click this to chat with the staff on the selected
punch station.
Broadcast Text Button Click this to broadcast message to all connected
punch stations.
