If the transferred call is not answered, your IP Deskphone rings.
Returning to the original call if the transferred call is
unanswered
Use the following procedure to return to the original call if the transferred
call is unanswered.
Using Attendant Recall
Use the Attendant Recall
feature to contact an attendant during a call and
to connect the caller to the attendant.

Press the

soft key.

Replace the handset before the
extension answers.
Note: If the transfer is complete, the
recall timer stops.

Lift the
handset to reconnect to the
calling party.

2.
Press the
Transfer
soft key and retry
call transfer.

If the called party answers, press the
Goodbye
key to complete the transfer.
3.
Press the
AttRcl
key and stay on the line
until the attendant answers.
