Deleting Group numbers

You can delete a Group number that has
already been stored. If a Group has a
scheduled job or fax forwarding number, it will
be dimmed on the LCD. You cannot select
the number to delete it.

Press Address Book.
b
Press More.
c
Press Delete.
d
Press a or b to display the Group you
want to delete.
Press the check box of the Group you
want to delete to check it.
Press OK.
e
Do one of the following:
 To Delete the Group, press Yes.
 To exit without deleting the Group,
press No.
f
Press Stop/Exit.
