To print a range of records:
E Press
m or g until ! moves beside
CONT. PRINT.
F Press
n.
G Press
m or g until the number of the first
record in the range is displayed, or use the
number keys to type in the desired number.
H Press
j or k until the ending record
number setting is selected.
I Press
m or g until the number of the last
record in the range is displayed, or use the
number keys to type in the desired number.
J Press
n to print the records in the speci-
fied range. After the labels are printed, the
MENU screen appears in the display again.
To finish using the transferred template:
K Press
m or g until ! moves beside FIN-
ISH.
L Press
n.
The message “OK TO FINISH
TEMPLATE?” appears in the display.
M Press
n. Any text displayed before the
transferred template was used reappears in
the display.
Searching the database
To search the database for a record con-
taining specific characters:
1 Hold down
d and press the space bar.
2 Type in the characters that you wish to
search for.
NOTE
CONT. PRINT does not appear if a database is not
linked to the template.
NOTE
As a default, the numbers of the first and last
records in the database appear.
NOTE
To change the setting in steps of 5, hold down
either
m or
g
, and then release the key when the
desired setting is displayed.
