Uninstalling Previous Software from Kiosk Mode

This procedure is only for handhelds in Kiosk mode.
Operating the handheld in Kiosk mode, the main handheld screen appears as it does in Figure 4.

To uninstall the previous software on a handheld in Kiosk mode, follow these steps.
NOTE:

You can also uninstall Kiosk software by using the procedure "Uninstalling the Previous Software Using Factory Reset"
. However, if there is software on the handheld other than the ORION software that you do not want to
remove, use this procedure.
1. Tap the screen to the right of the words "Badger
Trimble Ranger" in the title bar.
Result: The Unlock button appears.
2. Tap the Unlock button.
