logger.and.cables.back.in.the.valve.box.and.
connect.the.Permalog+.acoustic.leak.logger.to.the.
valve.key.using.the.installation.tether..
. Be.sure.to.hold.onto.the.installation.tether.

6.. Pass.the.installation.tether.out,.through.one.of.the.
slots.in.the.bracket.
7.. Screw.the.radio.endpoint.back.into.the.radio.
mounting.bracket.and.place.the.installation.tether.
around.the.radio.endpoint.

8.. Carefully.push.the.radio.mounting.bracket.and.
radio.endpoint.down.into.the.valve.box.until.the.
endpoint.reaches.the.desired.height.
Unpacking the GALAXY Permalog+ AMI Acoustic
Leak Logger
To.unpack.the.Permalog+.AMI.acoustic.leak.logger,.
follow.these.steps.
1.. Unpack.and.lay.out.all.GALAXY.Permalog+.AMI.
acoustic.leak.logger.materials.near.the.water.valve.
box.
2.. Remove.the.valve.box.cover.
3.. Clean.off.the.valve.key.to.assure.a.good.magnetic.
connection.
Assembling the GALAXY Permalog+ AMI Acoustic
Leak Logger and Mounting Bracket
To.assemble.the.Permalog+.AMR.acoustic.leak.logger,.
cable,.and.GALAXY.AMI.endpoint,.follow.these.steps.
1.. Attach.the.mounting.bracket.onto.the.end.of.the.
tube.by.locking.the.bracket.and.tube.tabs.
2.. Screw.one.of.the.mounting.rings.onto.the.mounting.
tube,.5/8”.from.thread.to.end.
3.. Place.the.endpoint.cover.onto.the.mountng.tube.
and.then.screw.on.the.other.mounting.ring.
4.. Attach.the.endpoint.to.the.cover.
5.. Place.the.installation.tether.over.the.radio.
endpoint.
