7.1 ASUS LCD-I Controller Module
The ASUS LCD-I controller module allows you to connect a digital flat panel to
your PC. This controller module transmits sharp, bright images by eliminating digi-
tal-to-analog and analog-to-digital conversions, which can accumulate noise and
degrade image quality.
7.1.1 Installation Procedure
1. You must have an ASUS motherboard with a pair of LCD-TV headers.
2. Align the LCD-I module’s LCDTV0 and LCDTV1 connectors over the
motherboard’s LCD-TV headers, and press firmly.
3. Connect the digital LCD cable from the LCD and serial combination bracket to
the DFP connector on the LCD-I module.
4. Secure the bracket to the system chassis with a screw.
5. Plug the signal cable of your digital flat panel into the DFP connector on the
bracket (as shown below).

Using the LCD-I Controller Module
NOTE: The LCD-I controller module can work with your LCD panel without any
driver. However, if you want to have full-screen display, please set up the VGA
driver that comes with your motherboard’s support CD.
