Routine Maintenance
To maintain the efficiency of your MCS we recomend that every six
months you carry out the following maintenance:
Remove the screws from the sides of the unit; unscrew the location
bosses and remove the cover.
Remove the drive ring and check it for wear or deterioration.
Unscrew the shafts from the pulleys. Clean the shafts and the
bearings in the pulleys with alchohol or meths. DO NOT ADD ANY
LUBRICANT.
Replace the pulleys and shafts then replace the drive ring.
Replace the cover and screws, then fit the appropriate location
bosses.
