• Remove the two screws which holds the location spacer and
magnet carrier to the pulley.
• Fit the appropriate magnet spacer to move the magnet position,
near the spindle for 3 litre vessels, away from the spindle for 5 litre
vessels. (The spacer and location boss for 3 litre vessels are
screwed inside the base of the platform).
• Use the two screws to replace the spacer and carrier on the pulley.
• Place the magnets so that they touch the spacer.
• Note: Magnets must be mounted with opposite poles upwards
(opposite poles attract).

• Remove the screw holding the
magnet to the pulley.
• Position the magnet on the appropriate
peg as shown in the table.

• Magnets must be mounted with their
blue spots (south poles) leading.
• Replace the screw to hold the
magnet to the pulley.
