PADDING
The inner padding can be easily removed to be washed or replaced.
Inner central padding: INNER SHELL - Assembly and disassembly - (see figure 7)
The inner shell is fixed to the helmet through 4 press-studs. A.
Removing the shell: Snap open the press-studs A and remove the inner shell.
# Attention: to avoid damaging the inner lining, before removing the inner shell make sure all the press-studs have
been snapped open.
Fitting the shell: Insert the shell inside the helmet, being sure to check the assembly direction. Fasten the press-studs.
After fitting the shell make sure it fits correctly inside the helmet (polystyrene padding).
Inner side padding: CHEEK PADS - Assembly and disassembly - (see figure 8)
The cheek pads are fixed to the helmet through two straps that click into the inside polystyrene padding.
Removing the pads: Grab the pads on the bottom end and pull downward.
Fitting the pads: Insert the cheek pad so that the two dented flaps A are inserted in the relevant seats B positioned
in the padding inside the polystyrene; push the cheek pad firmly against the polystyrene padding until the cheek pad
fits perfectly with the lining of the padding inside the polystyrene.
Make sure the padding has been fitted correctly by verifying:
- The correct positioning of the strap, which must pass above the lower end of the cheek pad.
- That the cheek pad is tightly fixed to the helmet.
REMBOURRAGES
Les rembourrages internes peuvent être enlevés facilement pour être lavés ou remplacés.
Rembourrage central interne : CALOTTE - Démontage et Remontage - (voir figure 7)
La calotte est fixée au casque par 4 boutons automatiques A..
Enlèvement: Décrocher les boutons automatiques A et enlever la calotte interne.
# Attention : pour éviter d’abîmer le revêtement interne, s’assurer de bien avoir défait tous les boutons automatiques
avant d’extraire la calotte.
Introduction: Placer la calotte à l’intérieur du casque en contrôlant le sens de montage. Accrocher les boutons auto-
matiques. Après la fixation, contrôler que la calotte adhère correctement à l’intérieur du casque (rembourrage en poly-
styrène)..
Rembourrages latéraux internes : OREILLETTES - Démontage et Remontage - (voir figure 8)
Les oreillettes sont fixées au casque par deux languettes qui s’insèrent par déclic dans le rembourrage interne en
polystyrène.
Enlèvement: Saisir l’oreillette à l’extrémité et tirer énergiquement vers le bas.
Introduction: Placer l’oreillette de façon à ce que les deux languettes moletées A soient insérées dans les inserts spé-
ciaux B situés sur le rembourrage interne en polystyrène ; pousser énergiquement l’oreillette contre le rembourrage
en polystyrène jusqu’à ce que l’oreillette soit parfaitement en contact avec le revêtement du rembourrage interne en
polystyrène.
Contrôler que le montage a été effectué correctement en vérifiant :
- Le bon positionnement de la jugulaire qui doit passer au-dessus du bord inférieur de l’oreillette.
- L’oreillette soit solidement fixée au casque.
IMBOTTITURE
Le imbottiture interne, possono essere agevolmente rimosse per essere lavate o sostituite.
Imbottitura centrale interna: CALOTTINA - Smontaggio e Rimontaggio - (vedi figura 7)
La calottina è fissata al casco per mezzo di 4 bottoni automatici A.
Rimozione: Sganciare i bottoni automatici A e rimuovere la calottina interna.
# Attenzione: per evitare di danneggiare il rivestimento interno, prima di estrarre la calottina assicurarsi di aver sgancia-
to tutti i bottoni automatici.
Inserimento: Posizionare la calottina all'interno del casco controllando il verso di montaggio. Agganciare i bottoni automa-
tici. Dopo il fissaggio controllare che la calottina aderisca correttamente all'interno del casco (imbottitura in polistirolo).
Imbottiture laterali interne: GUANCIALI - Smontaggio e Rimontaggio - (vedi figura 8)
I guanciali sono fissati al casco mediante due linguette che si inseriscono a scatto nella imbottitura interna in polistirolo.
Rimozione: Impugnare il guanciale nella parte terminale e tirare energicamente verso il basso.
Inserimento: Posizionare il guanciale in modo che le due linguette zigrinate A siano inserite negli appositi inserti B posi-
zionati sull'imbottitura interna in polistirolo; spingere energicamente il guanciale contro l'imbottitura in polistirolo fino a che
il guanciale sia a perfetto contatto con il rivestimento della imbottitura interna in polistirolo.
Controllare che il montaggio sia stato eseguito correttamente verificando:
- il corretto posizionamento del cinturino che deve passare sopra il lembo inferiore del guanciale.
- Il guanciale sia saldamente vincolato al casco.
