Blade Replacement
1. Unplugthetoolfromitspowersource.
2. LocktheBladeAssemblyintheraised
positionbypushingintheLockingPin.
3. UseascrewdriverremovetheCenterCoverFixing
BoltholdingtheCenterCoverinplacebyturningit
counterclockwise(Fig.6).
4. RaisetheBladeGuardandCenterCover(Fig.7).
5. UsethewrenchestoloosentheArborBoltbyturningit
clockwise.(Fig.8)
NOTE:TheArborBolthasalefthandthread,soitloosens
byturningclockwise.
6. RemovetheArborBolt,OuterFlangeandSawBladeby
pullingthemstraightofftheArbor.
7. ReinstallanewbladeontheArbor.Besuretomatch
thedirectionmarkedonthenewbladewiththedirection
markedontheSawBladeHousing.
8. ReplacetheOuterFlangeandArborBolt.TightentheArbor
BoltsecurelyusingtheWrenchbyturningitcounterclockwise.
9. RotatetheCenterCoverbackintoplaceandtightentheCenter
CoverFixingBoltusingtheWrenchbyturningitclockwise.
10.ReleasetheLockingPin.
Guide Fence Adjustment
1. TheGuideholdstheworkpieceinafixedpositionwhiletheTable
andortheBladeAssemblyareadjustedinamiterorbevelangle.
2. Tomakeaccuratecuts,theGuideFencemustbeperpendicular(at
a90ºangle)totheSawBlade.
