INTRODUCTION
SEED HAWK INC. WARRANTY
All Seed Hawk products are warranted for one (1) year against defects in material and workmanship, and to
perform according to specifications when such products are properly assembled, installed, used, and
maintained.
Seed Hawk’s frame is warranted for five (5) years or 25,000 acres, whichever comes first, against defects in
material and workmanship, and to perform according to specifications when such products are properly used
and maintained.
Seed Hawk’s hydraulic cylinders, seals, and hose assemblies are warranted for 30 months from date of
pickup, against defects in material and workmanship, and to perform according to specifications when such
products are properly used and maintained.
Hydraulic Warranty
1. Wing cylinder; (repair and labour for 30 months)
2. Shank cylinder; (replacement in first 12 months, repair in 13-30 months) Parts Only
3. Hose assembly; (replacement, part only)
4. All other hydraulic valves and motors are warranted for one year.
Seed Hawk’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to one of the following:
1. Repair or replacement of the defective part at our discretion.
2. Granting of a reasonable allowance for repair of the part, pending approval by Seed Hawk.
Seed Hawk parts are warranted for 90 days from purchase unless otherwise noted.
