Dual procedure switch is not func-
tioning at the gun.

Wire feed speed is consistent and
adjustable, but operates at the
wrong speed.

ʻErʼ is displayed on power up.

ʻGLPʼ is displayed.

The knobs do not control the com-
plete range of wire feed speed,
peak current, or background cur-
rent.

1. The connectors from the control

p.c. board to the display p.c.
board are loose or improperly
inserted.
