Lamp cable damaged or defective.
Lamp switch damaged or defective.
Transformer damaged or defective.
Fuse defective or blown.
Fuse Clip connections loose.
Control board (under switch box)
loose, damaged or defective.
Start button on Mobiflex 200-M base
unit not depressed.
13 ft. Connection cable damaged or
defective.
Remote I/0 switch damaged or
defective.
Fuse defective or blown.
Fuse Clip connections loose.
Control board (under switch box)
loose, damaged or defective.
Transformer damaged or defective.
Start/Stop switch in Mobiflex 200-M
base unit damaged or defective.
Contactor damaged or defective.
Leave the Start/Stop switch on the Mobiflex
200-M base unit in the “Start” position.
Check and repair or replace if necessary.
Tighten the bulb or replace it if necessary.
Check and repair or replace if necessary.
Check and repair or replace if necessary.

Check the fuse and replace if necessary.
Check and repair or replace fuse holder if
necessary.
Tighten board; replace if necessary.
Leave the Start/Stop switch on the Mobiflex
200-M base unit in the “Start” position.
